These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website MAD STREET. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our website.

1. Introduction

By accessing and using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives if possible.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This is not an acceptance of your order, but an acknowledgment of receipt.
  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing, fraud, or lack of stock.
  • Pricing and Taxes: The price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charges for your order are shown before you complete checkout. Prices may change for future orders.

3. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
  • Currency: Your payment is processed in the currency shown at checkout. Any additional currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

4. Order Preparation, Dispatch and Delivery

We prepare each order before handing it to the courier. Our estimated dispatch time depends on the product's availability:

  • In-stock products: dispatch within 5–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order products and products awaiting restocking: dispatch within 10–14 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These periods start on the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

These are dispatch times, not delivery times. Courier transit time is additional and begins once the order has been dispatched. Choosing express delivery, where available, does not shorten the preparation time.

If we expect your order to take longer than the stated dispatch period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the available options. The timeframe agreed when you placed your order applies to that order; later policy updates do not change it.

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Please read our Shipping Policy for courier transit estimates, tracking and delivery support. These dispatch estimates do not affect your statutory rights.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • Right to Return: Our Refund Policy explains our return window, conditions and process. Your statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected.
  • Conditions for Returns: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post a refund.
