1. Where we ship
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options and charges are shown before you place your order.
2. Order preparation and dispatch
We prepare each order before handing it to the courier. Our estimated dispatch time depends on the product's availability:
- In-stock products: dispatch within 5–7 business days.
- Made-to-order products and products awaiting restocking: dispatch within 10–14 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These periods start on the next business day after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
These are dispatch times, not delivery times. Courier transit time is additional and begins once the order has been dispatched. Choosing express delivery, where available, does not shorten the preparation time.
If we expect your order to take longer than the stated dispatch period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the available options. The timeframe agreed when you placed your order applies to that order; later policy updates do not change it.
3. Delivery after dispatch
After dispatch, the courier's estimated transit times are:
- Romania: approximately 5 business days.
- Europe, including the UK: approximately 10 business days.
These transit estimates are in addition to the dispatch period above. Delivery to other destinations depends on the shipping service available for your address. International delivery may take longer because of customs clearance or local courier conditions.
4. Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking details. You can use them to follow the shipment on the courier's website.
5. Address details and delivery support
Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, or your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at info@mad-street.com with your order number so we can help.
6. Cancellations, returns and your rights
